PG&E IS GREENWASHING OUR CITY! WE HAVE A REAL GREEN ALTERNATIVE

PG&E is going around town with their multi million dollar ad campaign trying to convince the San Francisco public that they're 'Green'. Don't fall for the green ink. Their energy comes from less than 2% solar + wind, and almost 65% from fossil fuels & dirty nuclear(read more...) AND they've had a monopoly in our city forever...until now.

WE HAVE A TRUE GREEN ALTERNATIVE TO PG&E. After months of *GUERRILLA ACTIONS* (check it out), lobbying, and public outreach, the Board of supervisors voted last month to implement Community Choice Aggregation a plan that aims to run SF on 51% renewable by 2017 and breaks the dirty PG&E Monopoly.

Meanwhile, while public outroar has forced Mayor Newsom to (reluctantly) sign the landmark Community Choice Aggregation legislation, he's running around town making dirty partnerships with PG&E about looking into tidal power – which may sound awesome, but is decades away at best – while Community Choice uses proven types of renewable energy to start implementing today.
